Between September 7th and 10th Titanz plg. came in and helped me finish my two bathrooms. I knew up front what it would cost me and Tommy was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We highly recommend Titanz Plumbing. I kept getting a bad sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. They performed a smoke test and didn't find any problems with the pipes/lines. Then they performed a hydro jetting, I was given videos of the job performed and we are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Titanz for any plumbing needs. Customer service was fantastic.

4/5/23 we ( Ray and Barbara Bowman) had work done by a great crew from Titanz. They replumbed our whole house (overhead) because we had an underground leak. They accomplished ALL THE WORK in one day. I couldn't believe they could do it all in one day - but they did, along with some other extras not planned for. The crew (Ken, Caleb, Mark, Chuck and Tyler) worked as a VERY well oiled machine. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job in Florida.

I am very saddened by how this company conducts business to customers that spend nearly $2000 on services. Heres a overview of my horrifying experience. 1. "We Offer Flat Rate Pricing Text Titanz Plumbing & Air Conditioning uses a flat rate pricing policy for our projects. We do not believe in hourly rates, over time charges, or weekend fees." This is not true. They came and did a drain repair and charged me an additional $100 claiming the cement was "to hard to break" whatever that means. This is complete fraud to lie... read more

DO NOT USE TITANZ PLUMBING!! I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE HAVING TO WRITE A REVIEW LIKE THIS ! I had a garage door business for ten years and as a small business owner the last thing I want to do is write a negative review on a company! I had previously used titanz plumbing to do a power scrub on my old cast iron pipes that were not draining properly . Cost was fair around $1k . They came out, were professional and did nice work. Plumber Trevor Scott was on time. Very pleasant and professional. Removal and replacement of the water heater went smoothly. You could easily tell that he knew what he was doing. I would welcome him again anytime for a plumbing problem. The charges by Titan Z were interesting. $30 for a plastic pan under the water heater. $20 for installation of the pan. Installation meant dropping the pan on the floor from waist height. No tools or effort required. I sat and chatted with Trevor throughout the R&R.

I would like to take a moment and post a review on how my experience was with Titanz Plumbing. First and foremost from Victoria taking the initial call to the guys in the field who were Ben and he had a helper (forgot his name, sorry) to Trevor Scott who was excellent, installed my new toilet and keep me informed on what he was changing out and fixing. They were all very professional and I would recommend this company to friends because of their genuine working abilities and customer service.

I have used Titanz Plumbing for 2 jobs now and was very happy with both. The first was an easy jobs, they quoted me before they came out, the young man knew what he was doing, got the job done with no issues, no surprises on the cost. The second job was much harder harder, changing ur a corroded shower cartridge. They sent their experienced shower guy, Mark. He really had to work hard to break the cartridge loose, but he got the job done. I will call them again next time I have a problem.
