My elderly mother in law had a hot water tank installed by this company this month. Not only did they charge her $3100 for it the installer did not bring a dolly to remove the old one. They put long gouges in her laminate floor and leaked filthy water onto her carpet. She is 86 years old and had to clean carpet on her hands and knees.

We got 3 quotes to replace Mom's hot water tank. 1 company never sent the quote, even after I emailed them that I had not received it. The 2nd company's quote had no specifics so it was hard to tell what was included or not. We went with Titanz and were very happy with their work. Communication was good, tech showed up on time, and cleaned up after he was done. Titanz also offers different warranty contracts and we went with the A/C package.
