My elderly mother in law had a hot water tank installed by this company this month. Not only did they charge her $3100 for it the installer did not bring a dolly to remove the old one. They put long gouges in her laminate floor and leaked filthy water onto her carpet. She is 86 years old and had to clean carpet on her hands and knees.

Pool of water on a holiday weekend resulted in lining up a new hotwater heater. Tryed the big box store where they request $35 to have someone come out measure your space and then determine which water heater you need to go back to the store and pay for. If you are lucky it might take five days if it's not "season". Titanz sent someone over with the water heater the next day after I called them. Chuck was awesome. Pleasant and informative. We would request him again
