I contacted Titanium Laboratories for a second opinion re: mold in a basement for a new house I am buying. We couldn't be more satisfied!! Our home was infested with ants so we called on Titanium Laboratories. Within 24 hours a technician was out our house and diagnosed the cause of the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and especially sensitive to the fact we have young toddlers and a pet, so he treated with nontoxic chemicals which really put our minds at ease.......Since then, we haven't seen one creepy crawler. We would highly recommend this company and the price was right!!!
The people at this company are so nice! I called them when I had mold in my home and they actually ANSWERED THE PHONE! (So rare these days!) They set the appointment and kept it! Good price, great work! I would highly recommend Titanium Laboratories!
Buying our new house was a nightmare. Our inspector found various rooms that had extensive mold. Everyone tried to convince us to walk away from a house we loved. I called the company to test my home for mold. From the time they answered my phone call to the time when the inspector arrived, I knew I was in good hands. I had another inspection once before and this company was much more thorough and professional. The report they gave to me was easy to understand and it was very detailed.
