My fiance and I just got both of our wedding rings here- theyre beautiful and the service was fantastic. We were in a time crunch and they were able to have our rings made and ready to go in less than two weeks. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for an engagement ring, wedding rings, or any other piece of nice jewelry.

Today I got the ring I ordered, and I just wanted to express how thankful I am. It really does look great. Im so happy that they took the time to walk me through getting what I think we will both be happy with for the rest of our lives. They took care of all of the details. Its that kind of service that sets them far and above the others in my book.
I came here to buy necklace for my mothers birthday. Everyone was very nice and answered all of my questions. The sales person wasnt pushy and they didnt just walk away when someone else came in the store. My mom loves her new necklace and I will be back at Yates to buy something for myself very soon.

I shopped around looking for a diamond ring to propose and found these guys just driving by on Mchenry. I juts figured that all diamonds sparkle but the sales guy showed me a few diamonds telling me cut is so important so now I have an "ideal" diamond from this store. Great price and good service. About 3 different people in there offered my coffee and cookies lol. I even got a better deal than I would have from online diamond guys - I shopped around.
The customer service here is terrible in my opinion. They were only nice during a sale. When I had any problems with anything they were very snarky and rude. When I asked for it to be checked out again the owner said that it was perfect and wouldnt send it back to her jeweler, when infact it was not even close to perfect. Also, the jeweler that they use put the wrong type of head on my diamond.... sneaky and dishonest in my case.
