Decent communication and good customer service. Bought my car back in May. Process went smoothly and the salesman was helpful and where able to address any issues I had with the car. ONLY downside i still have not received my plates or registration for the vehicle.
I purchased my car from this dealership specifically for the convertible feature, which was the main reason I chose this vehicle. Just a few days after driving off the lot, the convertible stopped working completely. When I brought it back to get checked, to mechanics they recommended and Infiniti Dealership I was shocked to be quoted nearly $20,000 in repairs. I bought a white Infinity G37 Convertible from them and within a week it broke down on the freeway leaving me stranded. I took the car back to the dealership and they fixed the car, within a week of the repair the car broke down again leaving me stranded for a second time. I took the car back and wanted to cancel the whole deal but the owner insisted I choose another car and she would give me a year warranty. Would put 0 stars but have to give at least 1 this place is a complete nightmare how can a “dealership” try to sell a car that they don’t have the title to? And they didn’t even tell me until after I put down a down of 1000 for them to hold it then they still had the car on the website and still telling people that it was available for a test drive the only positive was i got my 1000 back
One of the best car dealership in la! I bought a car there and everyone were so nice with me I really recommend !!
