THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR...COMPLETELY SHADY. I BIUGHT A CAR FROM THEM LAST YEAR FOR MY DAUGHTER'S GRADUATION. WHEN I TEST DROVE THE CAR THE REAR BACK WINDOW DIDNT GO UP. This place should be closed. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here. These guys are scammers I bought a mini cooper from here, had to get transmission replaced. Fought tooth and nail for the company to help me with that. Had to get the left shoulder replaced, they could not help me with that. And now I am getting the entire engine replaced on my own dime, less than a year after buying this vehicle ! And I’m still leaving out all the other miscellaneous issues I’ve had. Went to look at car at the address on file and it was literally a tiny office connected to a smog check place with no cars in sight. I tried calling the number over and over, went to Yelp and found a cell phone and email, contacted "Sam" both ways to confirm and no one ever responded.....should've take that as a hint before driving an hour to see this great car at a great deal. Didn't even stop, it was deserted. So disappointed. Just thought you should all know. I will be contacting the seller websites it was posted on too.
I’ve been trying to call this place for over a week I’ve already been prequalified online and no one will get back to me. Is this a scam?
Decent communication and good customer service. Bought my car back in May. Process went smoothly and the salesman was helpful and where able to address any issues I had with the car. ONLY downside i still have not received my plates or registration for the vehicle. Edit: (8/20/25) Had the manager retake photos of the car due to DMV processing but plates weren't never sent to my home from the updated information. Had to go to the DMV and get new plates.
