very responsive in communication. The work was good on the caulking , but the grout color did not match up as well as I was hoping. The price was fair
We had Titanium Grout do a repair of tile work that had fallen off around the bathroom window and separated from the wall below the window. The work they did was very nice. The price was good and the repair was completed in one day. They cleaned up completely. We would have been completely satisfied except for one thing. That we had to chase them down a bit. Grout repair was excellent. I took off a 1/2 star because I wasn't notified that Jason had an emergency and couldn't come for the 9am appt. After I texted him, he sent another person to do the work and that was fine. I would definitely recommend Titanium Grout Lines.
