Very professional...answered all my questions and completed the job in a timely fashion. Very pleasant
Jason was prompt, clean and he knew his job well. Removing old grout and replaceing it is not an easy function. When he was finished my tiles look brand new.
Jason is the owner and did the work. I really like that so there is no "whisper down the line" problem. He immediately asked for text pictures of the tiles that were about to fall off the shower wall. He came to look at the project on a Saturday morning as scheduled. The tiles had just fallen off so he safe guarded the hole with a trash bag and duct tape. He came to repair the area and cut out the board behind the tiles on the scheduled date and time. The man who gave the estimate was the man who performed the job. He arrived on time and at the day as promised. He was honest about what job needed to be done and was careful to cover everything so I understood what he would do and WHY. He seemed concerned to do a great job which told me that he wants people to be happy with his job. To me, that sounds like a great marketing strategy because he will be sure to get repeat customers. BOTH MEN WORKED WELL TOGETHER. THEY HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS TO MY RESIDENCE DUE TO A PLUMBING ISSUE. THIS DID NOT EFFECT MY QUOTE. I WOULD RECOMMEND JASON AND HECTOR. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!
