If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I’ve lived at Rosemont Peachtree Corners for almost 3 years and this will definitely be my last. What seems to be the issue? Well let’s start with my list. From the start, management rushed us into an apartment that had multiple serious issues: mold concerns, bugs at times, improper piping connected to the hot water tank, and ongoing maintenance problems that were never properly resolved.
