Had somebody come out and give an estimate try to call him back the next day. The phone number was bad called the office. They said somebody would call me right back. Nobody ever did terrible customer service when somebody's wanting to spend money.

Ordered an awning for our patio through Titan and scheduled the installation. Their salesman missed a couple things for installation but Bill and his crew engineered a solution at no extra cost that worked perfectly. Anthony and Jason did the install and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
