I signed a contract on 5/1, was advised installed within 2 months. Titan has no communication skills. I was given a date for footers to be installed beginning of June. The date was changed 4 different times. The only way I knew the date was changed because No one showed up. I had to call them. Footers installed, June 26. July 8th a crew comes to install our Renaissance awning. They worked for four days. All of the debris from the job was blown into my flower garden, leaving fine pieces of mental, which could seriously damage... read more

Had somebody come out and give an estimate try to call him back the next day. The phone number was bad called the office. They said somebody would call me right back. Nobody ever did terrible customer service when somebody's wanting to spend money.
