Working with Titan was such an incredibly stressful experience that I would not recommend their services to anyone. After they replaced my roof, it began to leak. I called them to report the problem. It took two months for them to respond to my calls and send someone out to fix it - all the while my roof is leaking and the interior of my home is being damaged. I would hate to give these guys a one star because I really wanted this to work. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this company but unfortunately my experience has been terrible!! To say that they have terrible customer service is an understatement. At least in my case. They were quick to respond with an estimate. However, After i signed a contract I got to see another side!
