Titan Roofing recoated my silicone flat roof and accommodated some nuanced patch/repair work. Levi in particular is amazing to work with, he responds immediately and helped facilitate some scheduling challenges with HVAC. It's a stressful process and I always felt like he was on my team and working for me rather than just looking out for the company. If you choose Titan Roofing I'd strongly recommend getting Levi H. to help facilitate the job.
PSA: DO NOT USE! Im a local agent. My experience with this company was terrible! Out priced competition by a mile! Seemed to good to be true!! I clarified multiple times and even got an itemized list! They insisted, I asked for verbiage "PRICE WILL NOT CHANGE" in the estimate which was signed by both parties. My clients closed on the home roof was paid for in full day came to replace and communication became iffy with them! I chose Titan because I saw a sign in my neighbor’s front yard. I called and met Josh and Megan from Titan. The way they spoke to me was like they were my friends They made it easy to understand the process of getting a new roof and we immediately clicked. It was all done. It’s beautiful and my insurance paid for it. Thank you, Titan and I will tell my friends and family.
josh was incredible helped me through the entire process of replacing my roof was upfront and honest about everything did not play any games witch was great i highly recommend using josh and this company for roof repairs or replacements.
