From the first meeting until the end of the job, these guys were cool, professional, and communicated well. The work was done great, and the workers were clean and respectful. I definitely recommend these guys. Special shout out to Doug and Doni for all of their work with the insurance company. They made the claim part very easy and dealt with everything so it was done right.
I worked with James Groenewold on this project. He came by after the major storm earlier this year and stood out by mentioning that he had experience working with our insurance company (Mercury). He asked for a chance to help get our claim approved, and from the start, he followed through on everything he promised. James sat with me while I filed the claim, was present when the independent adjuster came out, and kept me informed about proper code requirements while guiding me through each step. This company really does good work. Levi was my guy that walked through and explained everything. He was in constant communication and was always on time. The crew worked all day and finished the job all in 1 day. They are fantastic. Highly recommended.
