This company literally robs their customers. We used this company from 2002-2015. I roughly added up what we paid out all those years. Nearly $70,000. Thats my kds college education! We were on a budget and the payments were going up every year. They claim they give "the best deal". Who are they kidding? You get locked in to this price which was always over $2.50. I received an email from Energy North Propane (this company was bought by AMERIGAS) informing me that they were processing a debit to my bank account in the amount of $654.83. I was surprised because I had already paid my gas purchases for the year. I am on a budget plan that automatically withdraws an agreed amount every month. I purchased a house on Seneca Lake near Cambridge, Ohio about four years ago. The previous owners used Amerigas for their propane needs and I continued their service until early this year. Earlier this year I was unable to get in contact with the Amerigas office in Cambridge regarding questions about my service. Our records show we removed the tank from Mr. D******s property within 6 weeks of his request. We apologize if Mr. D***** was not satisfied with our service and can appreciate his confusion with our fees. I have been with the same company for 10years at one address. Before that the company was called Arrow propane and I was getting my propane for years there until I moved. I have been living in the same trailer in each place. I moved and now they will not deliver my tank because I live in a travel trailer??? Go with Advantage propane! They will deliver a tank ! They also have a five star rating.

Ms. R****** uses vent free heaters as her only source of heat, which were installed by Arrow propane. Unfortunately, the heaters are not code complaint. We brought her a new gas furnace, which is code complaint, but in order for us to service her the vent free heaters need to be removed. She declined. Ms. R****** was advised that due to the vent free heaters being non-compliant and the trailer being unsecured, we could no longer service her account.
Horrible customer service. Nogales branch never answers their phones. If you call their national call center they will email the Nogales branch to have them call you (since they can't get Nogales to answer any of their listed numbers either). If you receive a call back from Nogales, the receptionist will hang up on you several times before getting your name because she apparently doesn't know how to operate an office phone. I had gas deliverd but got no slip in the tank so I dont know how much.Went to the store and they didnt seem to sure but said i owed $366 fo a little over 100 gl,s..I showed about 32 percent and have been told that 100gals would bring it to 80%.How did they get $366 out of that.all so you are way higher than other co,s in the area
