Stephene was awesome . She helped me renew my insurance so fast. I was very impressed and she has such a pleasant attitude. I called her 90 times and her attitude never changed. She was always willing to help me. She has such a wonderful personality and customer service qualities. Thank Stephene for working with me to see that I was taken care of and my service needs were met.
Titan Insurance helped us with competitive rates on home insurance, everything from setup, renewals, and also on cancellation was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare for customer service on the level of planet fitness. When on a call you will be blind transferred and ignored even when leaving multiple voice-mails. There seems to be a refusal to allow me to NOT renew my insurance policy.
