HORRIBLE SERVICE. Yes, this is my experience and this is not a revenge- it's the true. They only wants your money, they do not help, and you ended up doing their job. Why do you want to have a service which is awful and the "broker" never help you. They are not professionals and are very irresponsible. Do yourself a favor and avoid future problems. I got all my Business Policies and it was very frustrated fir their lack of honesty.

As others have indicated, they will make it very difficult to simply NOT renew a policy and not communicate with the carrier, knowingly creating issues between you and the carrier due to a lack of communication. They also are not proactive with proof of coverage and you have to request multiple times to receive. Overall, for being solely a middle man, there is a serious lack of communication that is required.
I have had a fabulous experience with Titan and recommend them to people all the time. Mike helped me get a great, very thorough policy when I bought my house and dealt with a tight timeline and a lot of specific needs from our mortgage broker. He was fantastic. Over 5 years as a client, I've had amazing experiences with Nicole- she responds to every question immediately, thoroughly, and thoughtfully.
