Stay away. Owner is dishonest and a thief. He is holding ~$30,000 or my 50% deposit for months. We engaged Titan to replace 4 HVAC units at Riverview Plaza. The tenant ended up using someone else to replace them and didn't tell anyone. Titan proceeded to keep the 50% deposit and the units. The only cost to them was they had to load the units on a truck and drive the truck to the site and then drive the truck back and unload it. That's maybe worth $1k of labor. We now have to sue them to get our money back.
If I could give a negative score I 100% would. I am currently pursuing a BBB claim against Titan. A transformer blew in my neighborhood causing an electrical surge that impacted dozens of homes in Ross Park in early December. Titan came on 12/6/22 and replaced a fuse, at which time the furnace was operational. They charged $125 for the service call and $144 to replace the fuse.
