They installed my fireplace and have been servicing it for years. Have the best customer service! Recently had Cole come out and service my fireplace. He did a outstanding job - my fireplace looks so good. He really took his time in cleaning it up - and making the logs look good. Call Titan Heating & Air for your fireplace issues.
As stated from another review, I was also tailgated by a Titan HVAC driver with license plate 4U5MV this morning (December 3, 2024). The driver speeds and weaves in and out of traffic (in the dark no less)! This employee needs to be terminated and the company held accountable for their driver's driving habits!
Our house starting staying at 80º, and not dropping. So we had one HVAC tech/owner look at our 12 year old system, and tell us we needed to replace it for 10k, the sooner the better. Two family members recommended Titan to us, after years and years of great treatment by them. Titan was able to schedule us same-day due to time of season. So we got a second opinion from Brad, one of Titan's technicians. This jack wagon tailgated and brakechecked us on the FREEWAY for no reason. We switched from HOV to the passing lane before he made the same move and started tail gating us. Once he got in front of us, he began to brake check us going 80 mph. Great look on your company. This was at 10pm BTW. Check your drivers. Guy with a beard and red hat. Had a lady in car with him. Trash.
No show for appointment with poor excuses! They told me that I would have to wait 5 days for an appointment. That was cool, as I used them in the past. So I stayed home for 4 hours (their appointment window) but the tech never showed up! When I called the office they told me that they had come and waited at my door for 15 minutes. That was not true, as I was home in my office looking out at the front door. Neither did they call me. Wen I finally called their office they said sorry. So frustrating! I would find someone else.
