Poor Customer Service. Home was dropped upon delivery and the dealer basically said “we got our money not our problem deal with the people who delivered it”. Now I understand that the mover should be responsible, but Titan was paid to facilitate all of this. They will take your money and run while you clean up the mess!
One of the worst experiences I have had with a dealership. I took time off work to go to the lot because, I was told that they had to many homes in the price range I was looking for to tell me about or send me information on them through Facebook messenger. When we got there for our appointment time that I had scheduled the salesperson wasn't even there, had to be called so we were allowed to look while waiting on someone to show up.
