If you want a company who doesn’t honor its warranty, charges you about 50% more than they quoted, leaves you stuck with compromised shingles, mangled siding, a dip in your roof and missing gutter guards, John A***** with Titan is your guy. I can’t speak to John’s work in the past, but I do know since the 2022 hail storm there have been 6 households just in my neighborhood (that I know of) that have all been unhappy with John for a variety of things (structural and ethical.) Wind gusts of 60 mph (or more) blew off shingles on our ridge vent. A professional roofer came, covered up the gap, and Titan will order new shingles which will get installed when they arrive. We are very pleased that Titan is here for us with excellent service after the sale. Thanks, John!
