I had Titan ES in my home working under contract for PSO’s Energy Efficiency Program. One of their employees stole several personal items from my back office and management did not care one bit. They went so far as to speak with that employee, caught him in a lie about the situation and still refused take any responsibility. Titan ES hires staff who steal from customers. Management is aware of the thievery and does not take any responsibility nor do they care. PSO should NOT be recommending this unethical company to any if it’s unaware customers. If you allow them into your home, you will surely regret it!
