I don't believe any of these 5 star reviews on here, I am almost certain they were done by employees. This dealership is awful! Wait times are terrible (2+ hours for an Oil Change) and the customer service is a joke. I am not 100% certain the assigned techs are even that knowledgeable about their products. After taking my wife's car in for a window rattling, they said " well that's pretty normal actually". It's a 2016 with about 10k on it, so there was nothing "normal' about it. Seriously the best experience at a car dealership! Sol was amazing. He was very honest about what car I could get for the money I wanted to spend. He was very knowledgeable about the car itself, as well. I would absolutely recommend anyone go here if they're in the market for a new car! Thank you guys so much for putting me into my brand new car. I couldn't be happier
