Excellent service! I had a problem with my sump pump/downspout drainage system, the guys did a great job to locate a cut in the pipe, and a collapsed section of pipe. They did a full inspection and discovered another cut in the main line that was due to a utility contractor’s mistake. The location of the damage was marked by flags and depths, the location was precise and I was able to find and repair the damage thanks to their expertise. Great job from start to finish. Identified a problem and came up with a creative cost effective solution. Stayed in contact every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I was particularly impressed with the way he left the job when finished, won’t take long for the grass etc to settle back down.
We needed to fix a shoddy job from another plumber. Brent and his father were able to come up with an effective solution where other plumbers had completely given up. Their work is absolutely amazing and we were so satisfied with their end product. Not only did they fix multiple problems, but also gave some recommendations that saved us money. I am very glad they were recommended to us! We were very much struggling to find someone to fix the flooding of our basement. Time was critical being someone with a lung disease lives there.
