I was there for a brake inspection and replacement...... Miguel was so professional and so patient, he explained everything to an amateur like me. 1. My rear brake was almost as thin as paper .... the previous owner of my car did not change it as promised, NOR did ANY auto repair shops I’ve been to told me how DANGEROUS my rear brake has become.... 2. moreover, the brake had been installed backwards....total shock. I told the manager there i would pay $200 for 4 of the same brand tires, they agreed so total for all work is was going to be $260. This would include labor on mounting tires, balancing, tires, and getting an allignment done. *they sold me 2 different brand name tires! *they didnt balance the tires correctly (Right after i changed the tires there i got a vibration while accelerating at a high speed) *DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND DO CRAPPY WORK IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL
They have the best customer service .
These guys are the best!!! They made me feel very important, were highly professional and cared for my car as if it were their own! I am very pleased with the service I experienced.
