I have used this business off and on for several years and they generally provide reliable service. I dropped my car off late last night and I have just tried to call them several times (9:40 am) and no answer. I know they open by 7. They should have an answering service or a way to record calls they missed. This is unacceptable. At minimum, I should have had a call saying they got my vehicle and they planned to start work on it by X time.
I had an unfortunate experience with a flat tire sliding off the rim. Very frustrating. I called ahead to Tires Plus making arrangements for a walk-in visit. Matt & Corey made my experience seamless. They were professional, diagnosed the issue and got to work right away when we arrived at the store with the tire. Took good care of me.
They will get you right. The prices are reasonable. The building was clean the attendant was friendly and helpful. They have a bathroom inside the facility. There was a waiting that is to be expected but the line moved pretty quickly. Located on the busy street so it's easily noticed from the street. It's by other businesses.
