Justin was fast to search the tire inventory realize he didn’t have my tire size in stock inside. Are you okay with it taking about an hour for the tires to come from a sister store overall job should take about 2-3 hours because the transfer of the tires. The service from the Davenport discount tires plus location was excellent. They weren’t like other local shops that try to upsell every little thing that could possibly need service especially after I told him that the brakes were getting done soon.
Guess 7pm closing really means 645 what a joke. Maybe you should update your closing from 7 to 645
It wasnt a good experience. Usually when im at my normal location in south fla its good. But since I was visiting I was having an issue so wanted to get it checked out, literally they told me in the less than 5min they had my car, the same thing I told them before they started then just tried to sell me a diagnostic test which does absolutely nothing.
Oil change and tire rotation in 35 minutes, Justin and Juan take excellent care and explain what the cost is and what services will be done prior to service. This is my second time having my car serviced at this location. I highly recommend this location. Big shout out to the techs who handle the service! Thanks for GREAT work!!
INCREDIBLE TEAM. Its not a wedding until things go sideways. Came in to Tire Plus with a Bride to Be and a flat tire. This Team was so kind, they attended us quickly, helped us with even being mindful with the bridal flowers in the car. I couldn't recommend this place more! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. They got us ready to go in 10 minutes flat!
