I was finally contacted by upper management at Tires Plus at the end of February 2026, and am happy to say that they resolved my complaint with a full refund. Even though this process took way too long to solve, I am satisfied with the resolution, and will continue to go to Tires Plus. The tires plus got me in quickly first thing in the morning and got me out really quickly while doing a great job.
I had an emergency that required my tires being replaced and I was in a time-crunch. Staff was fantastic and got me in and out quick. Vince was very accommodating. Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop
All of these 5 star reviews are asked for upon checking out!! You should see their 2 star Yelp rating where you'll read stories quite similar to mine. I went in for a coolant change (not wanting my wheels taken off at all), and they offered a free brake inspection. They tore a lugnut stud off, then tried to hide it from me. Didn't say anything about it, and when I brought it up later they said it was like that when it came in.
