I purchased tires 2 months ago and when I called to set up appt to get them rotated I was told no appt necessary. When I ask what time they open I was told 7am so I said I be there then and was quickly told they had an appt at that time for oil change and tire rotation!!!! I’m furious because I felt I got the run around to get my tires rotated I purchased from them!!!!!! Bad customer service by Jeff. I shouldn’t have to pay to get them rotated when it was a free service I was given because I purchased from them.

I was finally contacted by upper management at Tires Plus at the end of February 2026, and am happy to say that they resolved my complaint with a full refund. Even though this process took way too long to solve, I am satisfied with the resolution, and will continue to go to Tires Plus.
