Guy up front is super helpful and knowledgeable. I see him there way past closing time. The man must put unbelievable amount of hours in to make sure his shop is ran tip top. Outstanding service and very nice.Â
I went to sit with my buddy while he got an oil change and the manager of the store did nothing but bash his employees while there were people in the waiting area. There’s no way he should be a manager with the things he was saying, especially out in the air like he was. I then confronted him and he told me that the person at the desk working was his friend, pretty much saying that makes it right that he can belittle and talk bad about the actual workers in the shop to that guy on the computer since it’s his friend. Booked an appointment three weeks in advance. Showed up to the appointment and they didn’t have the tires I ordered. They didn’t notify me at all that they didn’t have the tires. Then proceeded to try and sell me very expensive tires. Beyond disappointed.Â
