I made an appointment online for an alignment 4 days before I planned. It was confirmed by the store. They called me 3 hours before the scheduled time and said they won’t be able to do it. Didn’t offer to reschedule, just said bye and hung up. Wouldn’t recommend based on service.
follow customer instruction on where to leave keys...mine was left out in the open on floorboard in plain site ...someone could have stole my car ....
I had a tire blow out because of a pothole! Called them and they found me a new tire told me to come right in and they would fit me in. When getting there they explained that my rim was bent from the damage so they had to find me a new one. Found me a new rim the next morning and had me come into put on a new tire. Even helped me get numbers to help call the city about the damage.
