I had 2 tires mounted balanced and new valve stems.cost wasa little over 50 bucks.i called to have a valve stem replaced on another tire I have and they said it would cost 30 bucks.and all the mgr would say is that's just how much it costs he just kept saying that over and over.this makes no sense to me
Our vehicles get a lot more mileage than most so we have to stay on top of maintenance. We've always had a good experience with the staff and they've always been great to our vehicles. There is actually a Tires Plus about a mile away up the road which would be much more convenient but we travel further to go to this specific one because of the service we've received here for years.
Called early in the morning to make an appt to have new tires placed on our new vehicle. Awesome customer service on the phone, we were pumped to be able to get an appt same day and for a great price. My husband dropped our vehicle off at 1:45, 15 minutes before our scheduled appt and when we went there at 2:40 our car hadn’t even been brought back yet and wasn’t until we asked how much longer and then we told only 15 minutes. Very disappointed in having to wait an hour for a 15 minute job when we had an appt.
These guys were a lifesaver! We drove down from Duluth for the day and picked up a screw along the way. My husband called and talked to Carlos and he said they could probably work it in but might take a couple hours. Well they got it done in 45 minutes! Thank you to everyone working today. Definitely not what we wanted to spend money on today but the employees at this Tires Plus made it a great visit.
Great experience! The lady that got me signed in was very knowledgeable and super nice! The gentleman that checked my truck out, was awesome too! Not to mention the super nice guy (red beard!�)that brought my keys to me. Great team! �
