Recommended30 year employee at Firestone Farm Tire Plant in Des Moines. Been to most of the company owned stores in the area, and I like this one the best. Every time in they have had what I needed. Tevin Mincy has helped me each time. Great customer service. Great smile and he knows his tires. Best thing is they have always finished my cars before their estimate. And best of all I have never had to make a return trip! Thanks Tevin!
Bought 4 new tires there was always a leak in the front tire and every other day had to fill it up took it in and had the tires rotated told them again about the problem. Well now I have 2 tires doing it I took it in today told the manager he said oh it’s my rims never had tire problems before). Well he put air in my tires and said merry Christmas. Omg I will never buy from there again
