I was driving from Ames to Chicago when I ran into a problem with my tire. I ended up stopping at Tire Plus in Cedar Rapids and despite the heavy rainfall and being busy at the time, Robert and Mikey were super helpful, patient and kind. I normally don’t use this car so I didn’t know any information about it and was merely guessing at the problem. They went out of their way to help and get me back on the road even though closing time was very near. Thank you guys! I really appreciated the help!
2nd issue with Tires Plus....went to another mechanic who stated my spark plugs werent set properly which negatively impacts the car and was told the spark plugs Tires Plus put in were 20k mile plugs when the standard is 100k mile plugs (my issue at my new mechanic didnt even involve plugs but they saw what was there)...most of the staff has always been great, but they seem to be incented on amount of work they can get done daily....I believe this diminishes the quality of work
I normally have a good experience here. Today I had an appointment at noon and its 12:45 and my car still isn't in. I think this should be free.
Always get great service. Prices are fair. Only place I go.
I had the BEST experience here today. I needed an oil change at the last minute, they squeezed me in and took good care of my car. They also made good conversation while I was waiting..just an overall awesome experience :) . Thanks, guys!
