At the Tallahassee Tire Plus on apalachee pkwy Mr. Jesse went beyond the call of duty. He not only help to solve my problem needing 3 tires by today but gave me a very good deal. His customer service was amazing and much appreciated. And they waited on me to arrive. To fix my problem. Thank you Jesse and the staff at Apalachee Pkwy Tire Plus
They are horrible they left the top off my oil cap, didn’t reset sons car so couldn’t tell it was out of oil. Didn’t put correct mileage on sticker. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman but my experience is horrible with them.
The staff found the problem with my car and fixed it. My car is running good now.
The front desk worker and the store manager were both very pleasant to talk to as a customer and were very friendly with myself and all of the other customers they had that very busy Saturday morning (well, it seemed really busy to me though I dont know what their normal Saturday is like of course).
