We had a 4 o’clock appointment for an alignment. At 4:30 they had not taken the vehicle back. When we inquired as to when they would get started, the representative said it was going to be a while longer as they were running behind. What is an appointment for??? If they were running that far behind schedule, it would have been courteous to communicate that to us. We had another appointment to be at and could not wait. Ugh!
I brought my company car here to replace a tire. Ryan got me a great deal with all 4 brand new tires, however a discrepancy came about on my end & I ended up only getting the 1 tire replacement. Ryan was not agitated or angry that I had to make a sudden change, he was very understanding and found a quick alternative to what I needed. He and the rest of the staff were very proactive and helpful with my needs. I will definitely be returning!

For sure, if you find a good place to get new tires don’t switch up. Normally, I would have gotten my tires from the one on Capital circle. This is the first time ever making a big purchase at this one. Two days after getting new tires, a nail. Luckily, I got road hazards. I originally went in for two brand new tires and those were fine. Right after getting them put on I went and parked for the rest of the day and a half. I had to call to get the receipt. I didn’t receive the inspection report as promised.
