Terrible Communication & Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I had a flat tire on my truck and had misplaced my wheel-lock key, so I called around 7:30 AM to ask if they could remove the wheel locks using a universal tool or another method. I spoke with Eddie, who told me they could take all four wheel locks off for $50 and that we could discuss the price of the tire afterward. Very great place, I forgot to get the tech’s name, but on 8/24/26, I was given excellent service when needing an emergency repair on my flat tire. Will be coming back for any car issues. Great impressions lead to a customer for life and Tires Plus on Appalachee Parkway show they believe that!

The manager Jessie had impeccable customer service and the mechanic Noah worked super fast and diligently.
Came in on a rainy day 3 minutes before closing with Jank screw in my rear passenger tire… wasn’t sure if I’d even be seen and to my amazement Matt and crew were ready willing and able to service my tire, sadly the screw was in an unfortunate position to plug but they put my spare on all while reassuring me that it was no issue at all, thank you so much for your service and please give them a call if you’re ever in a bind!
