I made an appointment online for an alignment 4 days before I planned. It was confirmed by the store. They called me 3 hours before the scheduled time and said they won’t be able to do it. Didn’t offer to reschedule, just said bye and hung up. Wouldn’t recommend based on service.
Went in for a lifetime tire rotation and balance. That turned into a disaster with the manager screaming at me after his worker stripped the lug nuts on the car and expected me to pay for their screw up. He admitted to having trouble removing the lug nuts and using a hammer. At this time Sir this would have been a good time to notify the customer of the problem, not after you screwed up!! Went there today upset as get out because I just got new tires and he swore I would need to get a new one they wouldn’t be able to plug quoted me almost $400 for two new ones I take it down the road to a used tire shop they plugged it nail was in the thread liars and cheats here !!
Worst Experience. Tires plus put four brand new tires on my Chevy Traverse. Didn't put on the lug nut's properly. My whole rim & tire was off. Tires Plus admitted fault & agreed to fix their error's. But, they didn't want to pay for the Tow.. So, I will be reaching out to corporate
