Was charged $60 (parts & labor) to have a headlight bulb replaced which I thought would be a convenience while already getting an oil change. Asked for a balance as well and, though the bill says it was done, the imbalance is still noticeable at the same speed. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years, but won’t be returning.

I always take the program vehicles there for maintenance. I have never had a problem there EVER. Replaced all 4 tires and been over the road several thousand miles without a problem. Regular oil changes with minimal wait and turnaround. The service is outstanding. Even when they are neck deep in business they always seem to make it happen. All of the people working there deserve raises.

Horrible service last 2 visits. I bought 2 new front tires before snow fall and the next day they had both lost 20 lbs of pressure. After a phone call complaining I had to drive it all the way from Cass Lake to get it resolved, my latest visit was the purchase of 2 other new tires to have the same problem, only this time I was charged for their mistake. Maybe a call to BBB or corporate will fix things. My safety was at risk with 15 lbs of pressure on the Highway.
