They tried to sell me on a tire alignment without mentioning anything about doing an alignment check, even though an alignment check was included in my tire purchase. It seemed like they just wanted to get me agree to pay without telling me if my alignment was ok. When I went to pay, it was over $100 more than the quote. I asked why and the person said "oh, if you don't want to this extra protection package, I can take it off". So they snuck on an additional $100 charge without telling me, hoping I'd just pay. The customer service I received was pretty good, Josh and the other gentleman at the counter were very nice and easy to talk to. My issue lies in the care provided by the tech when performing the cabin filter replacement. Initially when I got my car back, I noticed the heavy case of water and my work boots that were in the front passenger footwell were in the back seat. I had a great experience with this location. I believe the gentleman who helped us is named Josh and he was wonderful. My dad was traveling through Iowa and had some issues with his tires so we stopped here and I was very pleased with the customer service
Amazing staff and great experience all around! Came in after being stuck in a ditch and having issues with shaking and they took care of us right then and there. Not what we expected at all, if they have the room or time it seems their talents are endless. Got new tires and our worries put to rest. Will be back for more services very very soon. Will highly recommend as well.
I blew a tire on a very dangerous place on 235. Crow tow (Luke) was there within 20 minutes to load my car and drive me to the tire shop. Was a little nervous about getting into a tow truck with a random man but he was very polite and friendly and kept the conversation going so wasn’t awkward or nerve racking. Would recommend crow tow to any and everyone.
