There is a guy above who said the same thing i am about to say. The owner (dad) is an a-hole and very unprofessional and not too polite. The son Matt was very professional and polite. When I went there they did not have the right tools to remove my wheel to perform the repair. I went somewhere else to have wheel lug loosened so that I could return and continue to do business @ this place. Wow, what an complete a-hole the owner of this place is. His son, Matt is a very nice guy, but I really feel sorry for him that he has such a grouchy, incompetent, racist and verbally abusive father. I hope the son wasn’t physically abused as a child. Anyway, how does this place stay in business? Their prices are 3x higher or more, than any other tire place or repair shop in Silver Spring ... and the attitude is 5x more aggressive! Simply professional - start to finish everyone I dealt with was straightforward, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. The service was reasonably priced and expedient, and I felt like it was taken seriously despite being a pretty basic tire change.
