Today I was a desperate woman with no knowledge on cars. My tire was quickly losing air I could hear it coming up when I was at the gas station filling it up. I knew something was wrong but the sound was coming from the back, not an area I could see. We Dropped off our car to have right front tire put on. was told I have the crappy valve stems and should have the seal kit put in. If I didn't it would be my issue later if it leaks. Then I wanted inspection with it but was told by one guy we only have one inspection person and he's not in. when I was told earlier in the week no problem. then the other person said emission machine broke and won't be fixed till Monday. mechanics made a mistake,,they corrected it,, but the manager is completely out of line,,,feel bad for the workers,,seem to be understaffed and over worked,, manager is horrible. When I took my jeep back to get it corrected, he said" what's in it for me?" Seriously??? luckily I didn't crash. would have sued the b jesus out of them
Bad horrible service will never go there again. It took forever then they try to sell you everything you dont need. Had to take car to another place to get balanced. Stay far away from this place
