Stop ripping off female customers and really take what they say is wrong with their vehicles as the truth. I'm tired of going back because they wouldn't listen to me or my daughter when we said it was either the switch or a relay. It was BOTH. I got ripped off on labor with the first switch bill that some new manager gave me. Will, the other manager, reduced it by almost 1/2. WTH? Women are people too. When you slander somebody, you need to tell the whole story instead of just selective memory. You told us what part to replace and didn't pay for any diagnostics. You never gave us time to do our job, but want to complain and slander us. I agree you need to never grace our doorstep again. P.S. we don't rip off female customers.
RecommendedMy folks and I were broke down off Red Bud Road in Calhoun due to a bad alternator in a 2006 Lincoln. Bruce took my call, recommended a tow company, and even sent the assistant manager in his truck to give my disabled mother a ride when she couldn't fit in the tow truck. They had us diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. This is a great shop staffed by good folks who went out of their way to help. All tire shops should be like these guys!
Great bunch of guys! Always does a good job in a timely manner and affordable prices. I trust them with all my tire and mechanic needs.
