Purchased a tire through Amazon, tire hub Sent me a 5 year old tire I refused it sent it back and now they’re blaming Amazon and it came directly from their Long Island branch. Amazon is just the drop shipper. Tire dated 2020, called customer service and the old man hung up on me cause I stated I’ll be writing a review. Horrible customer service. No accountability taken. The tire came from them they know it sent it directly back to them but they’re blaming Amazon.
Management is horrible and there is a lot of favoritism towards some people
