I have had 4 appointments to work on different things in the last 3 months roughly and what a refreshing experience it has all been. Without a doubt this has been the highest quality service I have ever had from a mechanic/tire shop. First, the work is top notch and they always checked in with me to approve what work they recommend to be done. Quite literally the best tire shop in Kamloops! I had a flat in July that they patched and yesterday the tire started leaking again. They replaced the tire for me (not at my expense) and let me know what had happened. Considering the tire went flat just before Christmas, I was concerned about cost and was so very thankful this didn’t cost me. They have gone above and beyond making sure to see my car the same day for the 3 visits. Thank you again, I truly appreciate it!!
