Excellent service. Loose tires were taken out of truck for me, 4 trailer tires were ready in 15 minutes.
My son lives in Kamloops and was trying to get back to Saskatchewan for a family situation and ended up puncturing his tire last minute. Mike at Tirecraft in Kamloops went above and beyond to get this high end specialty tire in from kelowna in a pinch. The customer service we received was next level and above anything I expected. We are very grateful!
I had a rare tire slashed but these guys had 4 left! Not only that, they said they'll get me back on the road the very same day and they did! My tow truck driver on the way there even said that tire craft does good work. I never dealt with tire craft before, but they earned themselves a new customer!
