When your tire almost falls off and you call to ask why your lug nuts weren't tightened your told they have to be torqued after so many miles. That's the biggest BS I've ever heard. That's nothing more than excuses for poor workmanship and a cop out to get away with not properly doing your job. I've never in my life had a tire company be so negligent. Extremely slow and did not properly torque lug nuts. Tried to blame me for not retorquing before I even got home.
