Recently got 4 new tires put on. I was informed by Dave Maine the salesperson helping me with the whole transaction, that my front right ball joint was completely snapped. Meaning that it’s a miracle my front tire didn’t fall off of my vehicle at any point from when the ball joint apparently snapped. So not believing a single word these clowns are telling me I decided to bring it to my local REPUTABLE mechanic to get my state inspection and have the faulty ball joint looked at. Tire express is a joke, horrible excuse for a business, they treat their workers like the dirt on the bottom of their shoes, they can’t even pay their employees timely. They’re careless, rude& down right sloppy. I would not recommend this company if THEY paid me to take my car to them!!i know a lot of other people that have worked there& have nothing but terrible things to say as well. Very unprofessional business.

Got two back tires one day, sent my wife the next day for the front two and an oil change, as I work midnights. She came back told me the bill was over a $100 more. Said they needed to change an air filter and cabin filter. So for 2 paper filter and an oil change I was charged over a $100 extra. When I called to talk to the owner, he said "That's what we do" and thought it was all about money and not integrity. Keep the extra $100 and sleep well at night knowing you run a rip-off shop.
