The staff is always courteous, the prices fair. We have had our vehicles there multiple times and have always been taken care of. tires & service.
They suck went there for a front end alignment and they tried to say my tie rods were junk so I went to Belle tire and had way better service

Thank goodness I already knew what my car needed when I went in this place yesterday - if I HADN'T known, they'd have suckered me into paying through the nose for parts and work MY CAR DOES NOT NEED. "New rear shocks" they said - mine were replaced less than a year ago! "The rear axle bushings are loose" - THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE! That's why they're called SOFT REAR SUSPENSION BUSHINGS! "Might not be able to find just the bushings, we might be better off replacing the whole rear axle." - Total crap. You CAN order just the bus... read more

Maggie, we are sorry that you feel like you had a bad experience, however we did bring you out to your car to show you in person how much play you have in your rear bushings. As far as the rearend, we simply replied that we would have to check if the bushings were available for separate purchase. I do apologize for the miscommunication.
