So I will spare most of details so it's not so long. Had an appointment at church street conway location yesterday. Had major issues ended up calling corporate. Well let me tell you they were on top of this. I was told to stop by this location and speak to a gentleman named Drew and he will take care of you as well as compensation back for my troubles. Drew the store manager aired all of my tires for me and he did so with a big smile and he readily answered all my questions and informed me of what services I needed to complete soon
In a pinch and needing 4 tires and an alignment in a rush before vacation, the folks at Mavis were AMAZING! They were not only fast, but each and every person was kind and helpful and made sure I had absolutely all the information I needed to make the best decision for my car and my family. I’m glad I got the warranty for my tires, because there isn’t another shop I’d want to deal with!
The whole team at mavis was wonderful and kind between Joe and Mrs Pam and my tires went on smooth and quick.
