Pam and Joe were super helpful! Came in as a confused college student not knowing why my car was shaking. They were both super helpful explaining everything to me and fixing my out of balance tires!! Great experience once again with Mavis & will be back.
This is my first time getting a tire repalacement and wheel alignment done, so it's a bit hard for me to give a review when I have no other experiences to compare it to. Unfortunately it escalated a bit into more being wrong than I thought, but my car is old and was sitting for a while before I got it so that's more on the car than the store.
