Really the only local group that knows how to align older cars
BEWARE of these SCAMMERS!!!! These people misdiagnosed my car and proceeded to fix a problem that did not need to get fixed. These people stole $500 from me and my family and I only received a car that broke down the same day!!!! The tried to fix it again the same way and it was just misdiagnosed!!! The mechanic/owner is almost 80 years old and on the verge of dementia and his sons are just as incompetent!!! All these people care about is taking your money!!! Very good, they go the extra mile. They do just about everything.
I took my truck to Tire Town on 4/12/10 for a simple mount/balance, a job that ANY tire shop should be able to complete. The owner immediately stuck a tire tool on to of my wheel and smacked it with his hand, breaking off a chunk of chrome. He refused to pay for the damage and told me to file an insurance claim KNOWING that his deductable was higher than the \$200 damage that was incurred. I took my truck to this location to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The owner promptly knocked a chunk out of my wheel with a tire tool before they removed the first wheel. He refused to pay for it, had me file an insurance claim just to get me out of there KNOWING that his deductable was higher than the damage incurred. The visit cost me $200 for a new wheel AND I had to take my truck somewhere else to get the tires mounted. This place is a JOKE!!! Avoid at all cost. Would never visit this business again. I had two blow-outs within a few hours of each other- a really bad day. On lunch break from work, I visit Tire Town to inquire about tires. I stood in the bay door of this building- had a male employee come from somewhere in the back of the building, look at me & go inside the offife. Moments later, he re-emerged from the office, looked at me again, and continued on to the back of the building. Standing in a bay day, blown tire in hand, and couldnt get waited on. This is a family run business and they are all wonderful, honest people who work there. Weve used them for several years now and were always happy with the service.
