Worst place to get car fixed. They will make false promises to get your money and when you go back with same issue then they try to makeup things and try to get more money for you. They offer you for Money back for removing parts then they make you wait 2 hours but to get your money finish work in 15 min. hahahhaha what a RIP OFF place.
Take an hour and a half to change a tire.. they'll take the tire off and let it sit there for 40 minutes without touching it
The first time I went to the tire store I was blown away by how reasonable and friendly the staff was. I needed my breaks replaced and they did it in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I also liked that they didn't try and sell me on a bunch of high end stuff that I didn't need. So when my car started acting up I went back to them without hesitation. After going to 3 other shops with my concern of my transmission being damaged they assess my car and advise me it was the front wheel bearings not transmission. It was about 5:30 in the evening and the mechanic Connor said we can get it done in the next hour if I was willing to wait, they closed at 7 p.m. I was very impressed with their services from start to finish. I’ve used this place for years but the last 3 times I’ve been here they have taken several people ahead of me. I’ve gotten my keys and left every time with the manager following trying to apologize. He always says it’s his fault and he is sorry, I can see one time but to happen 3 times is ridiculous!! I tried to give them another chance today but it happened again. Although they are fixing my tire for free, I won’t be back which is sad because I like them but I can’t continue to use them after what’s happened.
Been going here for years and always good service and prices. Except this time. Was told it would be one price then called saying a much higher price. When said I couldn’t pay was told had to cause the work was already done. Not good.
This all happened on Tuesday. I went to #PepBoys on Harwood Road Tues for a simple headlight bulb chg they quoted me 80.00 for the bulb and i asked what if "I" purchased the bulb? He siaid it wb 126.00 for the labor! I left there went to Auto zone paid 17.99 for the bulb and then to #THETIRESTORE 3828 E. Harwood Rd Bedford Tx 76021 ( at the recommendation of my employees at Whataburger on Glade) they chgd 20.00 for the install. So I paid 38.00 for the bulb change.
