The guy has really terrible customer service he wanted to sell me an off-brand tire. I asked him if he has a better brand and he said no and then I said I don’t want it and then he said I have a Perellii. I said bring the tire. Let me look at it and he gave me the worst attitude and I told him if you don’t want to sell the tire, I’ll go somewhere else and I called Hamati Tires on Oxnard and Kester, which was 4 miles away I would rather drive 4 miles and give my service to somebody who deserves my business. I called to ensure this shop was open and the man was so rude. I arrive because I don’t have an alternative due to the time of day and he walks out, passive aggressively tells me to put the car inside and I gently tell him I’m the one that called and he didn’t need to be so rude to me as I genuinely just need help getting a patch. He basically shrugged telling me it is what it is. Says something when I get in the car and I asked him what he said, he said, “nothing for you”.
