I have been a good customer for many years and always felt my vehicle was in good hands and never shopped around for a better deal. I just wanted to share a great experience that I had today with Tire Shak in Ansonia/Seymour, CT. I brought my vehicle to their shop this afternoon at 3pm because of a severe rattle and vibration. I explained to the owner that budget was a concern and he offered to diagnose the problem for free.
