Allow me to be your cautionary tale. I took my truck to Tire Pros recently to have new shocks and struts installed and the front rotors resurfaced. There was a shimmy in the steering wheel when I’d apply the brakes, a classic warped rotor issue. Tire Pros assured me that they could take care of everything, no problem. Tire pros were professional and fair priced. Excellent experience.
I had a situation with tires I bought from Tire Pros in 2013 the manager then gave me a 50,000 mile warranty and wasn't authorized to do so. The tires I bought don't come with that kind of warranty. I got 23,110 mile on them and needed new ones. Least to say the parent company and with the help from the people at Tire Pros that warranty was honored with a new set of tires at half the cost. I will say if you plan on buying tires go there good prices, great workmanship and trustworthy people. Thank you very much.
Great service , best deals on tires and very fast service . We were in and out within 25 minutes and had 2 tires put on they were the best price
They totally suck. Spent extra for white letter tires and the dumdasses turned them inside. Charged for a front end alignment that they didn't do. Then they yelled at ME when questioned!!!
