I went to couple other places before coming here and im thankful they are able to fix my car putting crankshaft sensor that I needed plus they have payment fiance plans also which is total life saver as well when it comes to paying bills im incredibly thankful to this place for getting my car the stuff it needed done to it highly recommend this place as a go to and the staff is incredibly nice and polite and on top of it 10 stars I'd give this place
Was going to get new tires today but when all you get is an AI assistant because they don’t want to have voicemail or can’t answer the phone. I called multiple times trying both service and tire sales over a span of more than 30 minutes and still got AI. I won’t be doing business with a company that uses AI to answer their calls without giving me an option to leave a voicemail or some other option than interacting with AI. I guess we will be using Tate boys in Sand springs
Well I had both of my vehicles serviced and for the most part the service was a good job but on my Mazda I had a full service oil change and air filter with the cabin filter also changed the technician didn’t make sure the glove box was put back properly it was setting in crooked so I had to put it in properly otherwise they did a good job
The customer service at the Berryhill location far exceeded my expectations. Chandler was friendly, communicative, and fair. David (technician) did a phenomenal job on my alignment. These two men saved the day and got my car back on the road! I will not only be back for future services, but will be referring them to my family and friends! Top Notch! Thanks again gentlemen!!!
I went to the Berryhill location yesterday and experienced the BEST customer service from Chandler. There was a slight miscommunication and Chandler and his team took care of it immediately. Thanks Dave for getting my car re-aligned and back on the road!!! Will definitely be returning for any future car needs and referring my friends and family. You won't find this level of customer service anywhere else.
