I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I took my daughter's vehicle there for a repair and she wasn't satisfied. Being that I suggested it I felt bad and went back whereas Marcus who is always calm and collective, and always professional, had his people to go over what they had done. I appreciate Marcus empathy. No one is perfect but when you are listened to and your concerned is handled that's good service. This place is great everyone goes out there way to help u...it's an actual shop as well as a tire shop...I called about some tires for my car all around...I forget who I talked to...but he gave me a great deal on some Hankooks...upon my arrival he came to me and said he didnt like the way 2 of the tires looked...so he gave me 2 higher end tires to compensate me...never felt taken advantage of, felt like I was a valuable customer...and will definitely go back for more work even other than tires...

I just bought a used car with low profile tires and within a week I hit a pothole and flew out my front right tire. I had my car towed to a mechanic friend's place who knew I was on a tight budget and although he was going to give me a "mates' rates" discount he suggested I shop around for a set of used tires to save some money. After calling about two dozen places I called Tire Outlet and spoke to Calvin.
