I love this store! It’s like a one stop shop for all my mechanical needs!We also buy our tires here, they are always willing to check my pressure when a low tire light comes on, they also will repair the tires you buy from them if you get a nail in one! When I get my oil changed all the employees are quick to welcome me and my children with a smile. The thought that goes into customer service is seen when you walk in! My wife took her GMC Acadia to these with her engine missing on cylinders 1,3,&5. Instead of replacing the spark plugs and coil packs (that were indeed bad). They replaced a piece of flex hose on the muffler, told my wife her car was fixed and to come pick it up. We paid $175 for a piece of flex hosing and a half ass job. We returned the car and they told her the noise ahe was hearing was a bad motor mount and quoted her over $650. I took my vehicle to have the oil changed in it because I didnt have time I had already bought the oil and oil filter they said they would charge me $15 I always use Mobil 1 oil and filter because normally I change it myself the next oil change I went to do on it it didnt have my Mobil 1 oil filter on it and the oil seemed much darker than normal and they screwed around when my ac went out and replaced a bunch of stuff and still didnt get it fixed right when I had someone else look at it they showed my that my plug where the... read more
